Trescray provide maintenance for all of our core services; IP Networking, IT Cabling, Electrical, Fire and Security.
We provide a preventative maintenance service, which is, planned maintenance of plant and equipment that is designed to improve equipment life and avoid any unplanned maintenance activity. This could include cleaning, adjusting, and minor component replacement to extend the life of equipment and facilities. The purpose of our planned maintenance is to minimize breakdowns and excessive depreciation, as we believe that either equipment or facilities should be allowed to go to the breaking point.
Our preventive maintenance program looks to include:
- Periodic inspection
- Non-destructive testing
- Pre-planned maintenance activities
- Maintenance to correct deficiencies found through testing or inspections
The amount of maintenance needed at a clients site can vary greatly. It can range from a walk through inspection of facilities and equipment noting deficiencies for later correction up to testing and replacement of a complete network.
Trescray know that the key to a successful preventive maintenance program is scheduling and execution. Our scheduling will be designed around each clients requirements and will be automated to the maximum extent possible. Our priority is given your preventive maintenance and a program is drafted to monitor the schedule and ensure that the work is completed according to this schedule.
