Due to continuing expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Windows/XP/AD/Citrix/Office Support Analyst/Systems Administrator to work on this 1st/2nd line role.

Based in East London this entry-level System administrator role is a great opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic individual to continue their career within a high technology organisation. There will be exposure to all aspect of technology from a leading IT infrastructure company.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18-24 months experience providing support as 1st line support analyst and will have hands on knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP, Office 2000/2003 and Exchange 2003. In additional they must have a demonstrable Administration knowledge of Windows 2003 server / Exchange 2003 / SQL 2000/2005 and preferably Citrix Presentation server.

As a 1st line support analyst you will also have a strong academic background, exceptional communication skills and be comfortable dealing with all levels of staff from director down.

On a daily basis you will be providing 1st line and 2nd line support to 50+ internal clients. Providing desktop as well as remote support typical problems will include assisting with Office issues, CRM and Proprietary Estimation / Accounting package, supporting the hardware and Day to Day administering the in-house Servers.

The role will also include some external client contact to analyse and prioritise support queries and lease with onsite support engineers to finalise client support requests.
