Trescray are specialist in the installation of VESDA systems.
The Term VESDA stands for Very Early Smoke Detection and they are commonly used in communications rooms to give additional protection for the active hardware equipment.
The VESDA systems monitor the airflow and signals different degrees of warnings to the main unit. If this reaches a certain level, which can be adjusted dependant upon the site, this will trigger an alarm that will in turn signal to the house system or remote panel.
Trescray have the skill set and ability to design, project manage and commission these systems and we offer both main types of systems available :
COMPACT: - SINGLE SYSTEM
The LaserCOMPACT protects areas up to 800 m2 with One pipe of 80m, Two Pipes 50m and three configurable alarm levels.
LASER PLUS: - MULTI SYSTEMS
The LaserPLUS protects areas up to 2000 m2 with an aggregate length of approx 200m of pipe with no pipe greater than 100m. The LaserPLUS has 7 configurable relays, Four configurable alarm levels and Two configurable fault levels – One Isolate relay VESDAnet ready.
