We provide a dedicated project Team comprising a single Project Manager supported by a Project Co-ordinator to manage material supply and logistics. Site teams specialising in Fire Systems, IT cabling or CCTV etc. carry out the installation work designed by their respective specialist design engineers.
All works are certified under NICEIC regulations and full as built Operation and Maintenance Manuals are provided by our own dedicated CAD and Documentation department.
By managing all the work in-house we are able to avoid the co-ordination problems and claims for delays incurred when separate contractors are appointed.
Overall project management costs are reduced and reduction in the number of layers of subcontracting helps to drive down cost and drive up quality.
