KPN's Quest built a state-of-the-art IP backbone with a seamless footprint extending across major business and financial centres in Europe.

KPN Quest had numerous Mega Data Centres across Europe and 7 separate rings of fibre that contains over 2 million kilometres of separate fibre-6 times the distance between the earth and the moon.

Trescray installed an intelligent patching system combined with a Brand-Rex Gigaplus solution and blown fibre links within the Mega Data Centres.

These were complex installations in London, Munich, Paris, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Haag and Zurich.

Trescray managed to complete the works in 2 months at each site rather than the original 3 month programme by working around the clock to open KPN’s centres on time and within budget.
