To All

You may or may not be aware that Matt Flowerday and myself have had ownership in two companies, Trescray Services LLP and Capitoline LLP. The latter is a consultancy business, which I have had little to do with but Matt has increasing dedicated his time to.

We therefore felt it would be better for both companies for Matt to focus completely on Capitoline and myself focusing completely on Trescray. Today we agreed the separation and Matt has resigned from Trescray and I have resigned from Capitoline.

I would like to make it clear that the above has nothing to do with the financial trading of the two companies, indeed Trescray has a healthy order book which I believe we will grow in the future years.

In recent months we have recruited new staff, Sam Stageman, Business Development Manager and Ian Pakes, Accounts Administrator. These two appointments were made to help cover the loss of Matt and Philippa Flowerday.

The above changes will see my two partners Tony Brown and Phil Copper taking a more high profile position within Trescray. Tony will be responsible for Sales and Phil will retain the technical direction of the company.

The above should not affect your relationship with Trescray or the services we supply but if you wish to discuss this then please feel free to call me.

Kind Regards

Gary Laban
Senior Partner
